OPTOVERA Platform
A safety platform built on measurement — not assumption
OPTOVERA connects standardized pupillary-response measurement with prediction and operational workflows, helping teams review readiness before safety-sensitive work begins. Others estimate. We measure.
ONE CONNECTED PLATFORM
Five Modules. One Intelligence Loop.

OPTOVERA is not a collection of tools.
From detection to prediction to action, OPTOVERA connects every step into a single operational system.

Scan
Measure what others can’t
A 60-second eye scan captures standardized pupillary-response data and compares each result with the worker’s individual baseline.

Predict
Baseline-based, not generic
Prediction models are only as good as the inputs that support them.
OPTOVERA's fatigue risk predictions are
supported by an objective measurement from each scan.

Checklist
Turn information into consistent action
Replace paper checklists with configurable digital workflows for pre-shift checks, compliance steps, safety confirmations, and follow-up reviews.
Analytics
See patterns across your operation
From individual signals to operational trends, OPTOVERA reveals where risk is building — before incidents occur.

Connect
Integrate measurement into your safety system
Bring objective safety data into your EHS, BI, and operational systems — where decisions are made.

Scan and Predict are the intelligence core. Checklist feeds Predict and digitizes compliance workflows. Analytics and Connect bring that intelligence into your decisions and your existing systems.
OPTOVERA Scan
Measure each worker's pupillary response in 60 seconds.

OPTOVERA Scan delivers objective, real-time pupillary-response measurements that fit seamlessly into any pre-shift workflow, without disruption, without subjectivity, without guesswork.

OPTOVERA Testing Device
In just one minute, the device measures the pupil’s response to light under standardized conditions and compares the result with the worker’s individual baseline. The output is a review signal for use within the customer’s workplace safety protocol.
OPTOVERA does not identify the cause of a result. When a scan falls outside the expected range, the system supports a structured review under the employer’s safety protocol.
Portable, fast, and built for operational use, the device requires no fixed installation. It can sit on a counter or shelf and is held by the worker during the 60-second scan. OPTOVERA Scan integrates into existing workflows with minimal friction.
Automatic iris recognition associates each scan with the enrolled worker within the customer’s environment — without login, badge, or PIN. Iris recognition is used only for worker association within the OPTOVERA workflow. This helps reduce administrative friction and supports consistent scan attribution.

Workload history
Every fatigue model has a critical vulnerability: the starting point.
Before a shift begins, other platforms must estimate a worker's initial state from sleep data and shift schedules anchored to population averages rather than the individual.
Others estimate. OPTOVERA measure.
OPTOVERA Predict adds one input that no other platform can provide: a direct measurement of each worker's pupillary response at the start of each shift. This gives the fatigue model an additional objective input beyond work/rest history, shift schedule, and workload data.

OPTOVERA Checklist
Close the loop

Short, customizable questionnaires can be deployed for any frontline workflow — safety checks, wellness monitoring, compliance verification, incident follow-up, and more. Organizations choose what to implement, when, and for whom.
Every response is standardized, timestamped, and report-ready, collected consistently in a format that supports operational decisions, compliance requirements, and the documented evidence needed when preventing workplace injuries.

OPTOVERA Analytics
Drive Decisions

Every scan, prediction, and checklist response generates data. OPTOVERA Analytics turns that data into the clear, actionable intelligence that operations and safety teams need to act.

-
Results update in real time, giving supervisors immediate, objective evidence to support fitness-for-duty decisions at the individual level — without waiting for end-of-shift reports or manual review.
-
Automated notifications flag high-risk results the moment they occur, ensuring the right people are informed and can respond before risk becomes an incident, preventing workplace injuries.
-
Trend reporting surfaces patterns across teams, shifts, and time periods — identifying where fatigue risk concentrates, where interventions are working, and where attention is needed most.
The intelligence behind every intervention.
OPTOVERA Connect
Your Systems. Our Data. One Flow.

OPTOVERA data is only as powerful as the systems it reaches. Connect ensures that scan results, fatigue predictions, checklist responses, and alerts flow automatically into the platforms where your teams already work.
Secure APIs and standard integrations automate data flow into EHS platforms, BI tools, and internal applications — eliminating manual exports and ensuring results are available where decisions are made, the moment they are made.
Automated alerts reach the right people through the right channels, accelerating response to high-risk outcomes without requiring anyone to log into a separate system.
Consistent data pipelines enable audit trails, cross-site visibility, and compliance reporting — giving organizations the documented evidence they need.
